We understand things come up. Please give us notice as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late notice could result in a fee. Details of this policy are listed on the cancellation policy form at booking.

Failure to give notice before missing an appointment could result in 100% of the service base price to be charged to the card on file, and/or being banned from online booking.

Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late could be subject to a late fee or a rescheduled appointment. Please reach out as soon as possible If you think you may be late.

Color Riot Studio is a small, intimate setting. We ask that you come alone if possible as it will be difficult to accommodate space for other guests. Clients under 18 may be accompanied by a parent, but parents may find it more comfortable to wait in the waiting area. We do not service children under the age of 12.

Upon booking your first appointment, you will be required to fill out the following forms: Photo Release Waiver, Release of Liability, and Appointment Cancellation Policy. Clients will be asked to complete these before the day of their service. You may need to revisit these forms when/if there are updates.
